Olga created a kitchen where every guest feels like family, serving classic recipes made slowly, lovingly, and strictly from scratch. Over the years, her kitchen became a beloved gathering spot for generations of local families and regulars.
Continuing the Tradition — Ezio’s Vision
Today, that spirit is carried forward by Olga’s son, Ezio, who has been an essential part of this kitchen since the very beginning. Having learned the art of authentic cooking at his mother’s side, Ezio now manages the business with the same dedication to quality. He works closely with every client — whether optimizing catering budgets for corporate events or serving daily regulars who have been visiting us for over 20 years.
